Have you ever noticed that when times seem toughest, music seems to get better? I am a song born in Trenton, New Jersey and given the name Ellis E. Phelps aka (E Boogie) but all those that know him call him Sennefer Ahy.   William Swann, a lyrical melody birthed in Washington, DC. Joined together with Reginald “Pickles” Phelps by the gift of Rhythm, together we became a completed work.

We believe music is truly a gift from the Creator used to communicate with the hearts of mankind. If you’re careful to Watch and Listen you’ll find that every life (no matter how great or small) from The President Barack Obama to Leonard the neighborhood drunk is a song. Some are just played louder than others and some of us only tune our antennas in to certain stations of life and only pick up selected stations on our life’s dials. I’m Still Here is a project that points to fact that even in the wake of 9-11, Lost Loved Ones, Hurricane Katrina, The Earthquakes in Japan and the War in Iraq, just to name a few, are all disturbing realities that distract us. But if you listen you’ll hear in your favorite songs The Creator saying, “I’m Still Here”.

Wow Ah, finally real music! This CD has the social consciousness of Marvin Gaye; the dynamic harmony of Earth Wind and Fire with vocals as smooth as silk. What a heavenly collaboration. My personal favorites are tracks 2,3,6,9 and 12. I think the world has just found their next L.A. and Babyface. Great job guys!

Great job pop's.This music makes me,and mommy lose our minds.Even though I heard this CD 1,000 times I still think this is the best CD ever and can't wait until your new CD comes out(can't tell the name of it I don't want any to know the inside scoop).My favorite songs are.*1,2,5,9,10,3,and the songs that get two thumbs up is number 12.I think mommy likes that one too.

Awesome & Inspiring
Your arrangements on the title track, "I'm still here", are amazing! I keep listening to it over and over. The entire CD is inspiring, food for the soul! I love it!
I am really enjoying this CD. My favorite tracks are 2,4,5,8,and 11. Tre', your voice is still as melodic and sultry as it was 20 years ago (when we were kids -:) The music is unbelievable; I especially love the acoustic guitar. Much sucess to you and Eric Phelps on your new project!

This album reminds me of a blazing Georgia Sun making its grand entry through the clouds,while drying up the rain soaked red clay after a thunderous down pour. The warm melodic vocals amidst the inviting chord changes compels all to "come out" after the storms of life and behold His Majesty. This sermon is preached without a pulpit.

Off the Chain.
I just got the CD from my husband so that I could listen to it and I have to say that it is awesome!!!!!!! I don't say this lightly because I a HUGE gospel music fan, I listen to it daily and constantly and I am discriminating in my taste. I don't listen to music just to hear it--it has to uplift, I have to feel it, etc. This CD fits the bill and will definitely be downloaded into my IPOD!! I wish you all the best and I pray that doors will open for you guys to share this wonderful project. As a matter of fact, I am on my way to get it out of my car so that I can listen to it at work!
